What is your policy on tipping and gratuity?

We highly discourage tipping.  In fact, it’s already part of the service rate and the cleaners shouldn’t be asking for tips.  In the rare event this happens, do let us know here or through the rating page after your cleaning.

What are your hours of operation?

Office hours are Mondays through Fridays 8AM to 5PM.  You can reach out to us here and we’ll get back to you within those hours.  You can book a clean outside of those hours, though.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We don’t charge extra for cancellations or rescheduling.  However, we do ask that this be done at least one (1) day in advance.  We do have to notify the cleaner assigned.  It’s for your convenience as much as theirs.
