We ask our cleaners to plan to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the clean. This is to ensure that they’re ready to start and finish working on time and allows some time for you to provide additional instructions, should you wish to do so.

This depends on your preference.  You can choose to have our cleaners bring everything, but there is an additional (very minimal) fee that comes with it.  We standardize on the equipment and chemicals that we use.  If you wish to use your own materials, that’s no problem as well.

For a deeper clean, we offer cleaning extras such as interior cabinet cleaning and fridge cleaning to make your home experience that much better. These extras can be added to your booking during checkout. Most cleaning extras add one half hour to an hour of time and cost to your booking.

We charge as low as P300 per hour. We compute the time and cost based on the information you provide us so that you have an idea how long it usually takes. You are charged based on the actual time it takes to finish cleaning your home.
