Do I need to be home for my cleaning?

No, but we recommend that someone at least 18 years is present for the first few minutes of your appointment, particularly when booking a new cleaner. Our cleaners often have additional questions and recommendations once on site.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Sure! Contact us if you’d like to change the number hours for your booking. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.  You can do so through the app.

What happens after I make a booking?

You’ll get an e-mail notification that confirms receipt of your booking and someone will be in touch with you to confirm the schedule and to get some initial instructions (such as how to enter, directions, etc.).

Can I make special requests?

  Of course! Make sure to indicate any special instructions when you book a cleaning. However, do note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

Why am I not able to book the date and time that I want?

We do our very best to accommodate everyone with their requested schedules. Sometimes, especially in high-demand times of the year and short notice, there may be no available cleaning professionals to fulfill your job. In this case, we will provide an alternative schedule as soon as possible.

How many hours should I book?

It really depends on your home and what you might need.  We’ll give you an estimate and a recommendation based on the information you provide to us, but it ultimately comes down to other things like your instructions and the size of your home.

How soon can I book a cleaning?

You can book a cleaning as soon as the next day. We guarantee to get back to you in 48 hours, at the latest.  However, in times of high demand, cleaner availability may be limited.

How do I make a booking?
