What should I do if my cleaner finishes ahead of time?
We’re quite flexible in that regard. Our cleaners are efficient and in the event the get things done faster than anticipated, you just need to pay the hours worked by the team.
What should I do if my cleaner needs more time?
That shouldn’t be a problem at all. The app provides an estimate of the total time it takes to clean your home. If you need extra work done (or if the cleaner needs more time), the appropriate charges apply once the cleaning is done.
What should I do if my cleaner doesn’t show up?
We pride ourselves on the reliability and punctuality of our cleaners. In the rare case that your professional does not show up during the appointment, please give us a call between 8AM and 5PM. We’ll help to resolve the issue immediately.
What should I do if my cleaner is late?
Please allow your cleaner a 30-minute window from the appointment start time to arrive. Also, for your convenience, your cleaner’s name, contact information, and profile will be sent to you.
